Withdrawn Committee of Adjustment Applications 

Requests for refunds for withdrawn Committee of Adjustment applications must be made in writing to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment, Denise Holmes, Township of Melancthon, 157101 Highway 10, Melancthon, Ontario, L9V 2E6, dh*****@****************ip.ca.

Refunds may be granted by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment for:

The withdrawal of consent and minor variance applications prior to internal circulation, in which case 75% of the application fee may be refunded; and

The withdrawal of consent and minor variance applications after internal circulation but prior to the Notice of Public Hearing being announced, in which case 50% of an application fee may be refunded.

There shall be no refund for withdrawal of an application once a Notice of Public Hearing has been announced.

• Amendment to Official Plan ** If your property is regulated by a Conservation Authority (NVCA, SVCA, GRCA or NEC) Review Fees from them may be applicable, please reach out to the Conservation Authority which regulates your property to determine their fees **

• Amendment to Zoning By-law ** If your property is regulated by a Conservation Authority (NVCA, SVCA, GRCA or NEC) Review Fees from them may be applicable, please reach out to the Conservation Authority which regulates your property to determine their fees **

• Site Plan Agreement
