Posted September 25, 2026 – The 3rd Line from County Road 17 to 477018 3rd Line will be closed to through traffic for a culvert replacement starting Monday, September 28th, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Emergency Access available from 15 Sideroad.

🚧 Half Load Restrictions Lifted – Township of Melancthon 🚧

Effective May 4th at 12:00 p.m., reduced load restrictions on all municipal roads in Melancthon have been lifted.

We appreciate the cooperation of residents, businesses, and commercial operators in helping protect and preserve our road network during this period. Thank you for doing your part! 👏

🧹 Street Sweeping Notice 🧹

Street sweeping is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, weather permitting. The contractor will start in Horning’s Mills, followed by Bretton Estates, Corbetton, and will finish in Riverview.

Residents are kindly asked to help prepare by raking any sand along their property frontage to the roadside for pickup during sweeping operations.
