The Township of Melancthon’s Heritage Advisory Committee is now accepting applications for its Heritage Plaque Program. Please use the link below to download the application form.
Applications must be submitted in person at the Township of Melancthon’s Municipal office with a $100 Cheque made payable to the “Township of Melancthon”. Please contact Becky Cunnington, Secretary of the Heritage Advisory Committee at bcunnington@melancthontownship.ca if you have any questions.
