If you wish to address Council regarding a specific item you should obtain and complete a Delegation Form in order to be added to the agenda. : Please see Section 33 of the Procedural By-law. The delegation form will need to be submitted to the Municipal Office no later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday the week before the Council meeting. This gives staff time to add you to the agenda and obtain any information that is required.
